Taxes

All prices include the value added tax (VAT) applicable in Spain. Special cases of VAT exemption:

· If you live in a zone of the EEC exempt from VAT (for example the Canary Islands) as soon as you select the shipping area, the prices will become VAT-free. It will be necessary for you to enter a NIF and shipping address in the order that accredits said circumstance. .

· If your company in the EEC has a European VATID you must indicate it in the observations of the order, specifying the VATID in the order and we will refund the corresponding amount and send an invoice without VAT

Delivery term

The usual delivery time is 48/72 hours. Some products include more information about forecast delivery delay. The delivery times indicated in the products and in the shopping cart are informative and based on the average, calculated in working days. In no case do they represent a delivery commitment on the date set. Occasionally there may be greater delays, in this case the customer may unilaterally withdraw the order, reimbursing the amounts paid in the order and the parties agreeing that there is no claim for damages, present or future, direct or indirect, or under the modalities of emergent damage or lost profit. Returns

Up to 15 days after purchase. 100% refund of the products.

To do this, simply send us the merchandise to the address of our Warehouse: Travessera de les Corts, 175 1º2ª, 08014 BARCELONA freight prepaid and as soon as we validate that the products are unused, in perfect condition and with their original label and packaging, we will carry out the 100% refund of the amount of the products by bank transfer or VISA depending on the payment method chosen.

The beginning of the withdrawal period begins from the receipt of the merchandise.

Merchandise delivery

Upon receiving the order, you must review its content before signing the delivery note, in case this is not possible, you must write 'agree, unless revised'. If you detect an error and the products received do not correspond to the ones you have purchased, reject the package, you must notify us of the error within 24 hours. In this case we will send a courier to collect the order and correct the error.

The customer will have to check the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and in case of damage caused or lack of product, he will have to reject the order or make reservations and pertinent observations on the delivery note of the carrier and inform us of it by email in a maximum period of 24 hours after delivery.

Product prices and availability

All prices are valid, except for typographical errors while stocks last.

The availability shown in products, order form and purchase process is informative. In the case of ending the stock of a product requested by the customer, the new estimated delivery time will be informed, and the customer may choose to refund the purchase amount. If it is not possible to quickly replace the stock of a product, the refund of the amount paid directly will be made with the same means of payment that the customer used.

Orders with a transfer payment method will have 48 hours to be paid by transfer. After this time, the order may be canceled and the price and offer may not be maintained.

In case of ending the stock of a promotional gift product, one of similar characteristics would be sent.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are added to the purchase price.

Guaranteed Minimum Price

If you see any cheaper product on another website but want to buy it at ivintageonline, you only have to tell us the page and the price you have seen and we will match it as long as it is not below our purchase price. The request must be made before the item is purchased. This commitment is valid for those online stores domiciled in Spain that are authorized distributors of the item in question. Valid for the final price of the order, including transport costs and other management costs or commissions.
